Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a deignated third party has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (HSI-Solutions GmbH, Paletzgasse 36 - 38, 1160 Vienna, Fax: +43 1 48 58 058-5, E-Mail: office@kugelpompel.at) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract.
Use the enclosed sample cancellation form for this purpose. To comply with the withdrawal period, send us the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period..
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we transfer back the payment we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, any additional costs / import fees / duties / taxes, etc. resulting from it immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract is received by us.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We will refuse repayment until we have received the goods back in full.
Packaging units that have already been opened and items that have been in use can only be returned after consultation and are generally excluded from revocation.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You must pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the goods not having been handled carefully in order to check their condition, properties and functioning.
